BOOKING POLICY

Essential Bloom is a female exclusive day spa. As a small business, we have a firm booking policy to ensure sustainability. Changes, rescheduling, or cancellations require 48 hour notice. Late cancellations will incur 50% of your service total. 100% service fee for same day cancellations or no shows. Unpaid fees and no shows will not be eligible for future booking. We require a CC to hold booking reservations. By booking with EB, you agree to these terms.

ETIQUETTE

We kindly ask that you arrive a couple minutes early to ease into your appointment. If you’re more than 9 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and apply a no-show fee. If multiple services were booked, it is our discretion if time allotted is still doable. The total amount of services booked will still be due. To keep things fair for everyone, frequent rescheduling may result in limited online booking access. Clients who frequently reschedule a booking beyond 3 times will be required to put down a 25% a non-refundable deposit. This will go towards your total, but is non-transferrable to future bookings. These policies help us create a smooth, respectful experience for all. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
